Conestoga Valley SEEDS Staff

Michelle Kime, Executive Director

Michelle is a CV resident.  She's married to Joel (who works at Agriteer, a Leola based business) and has 4  children, 2 daughters-in-law, and 3 grandchildren. Michelle had a focus in  Intercultural Studies in college which has been utilized in her previous  work co-founding a social enterprise that created jobs for survivors of  trafficking in Cambodia and her job as the Director of Employee Care for the refugee women employed at Stroopies (a local company  who hires resettled refugee women).  In her spare time,  you can find Michelle in a local greenhouse, reading a book, drinking coffee, and spending time with her friends and family. Those who know Michelle will tell you about her heart for others, her desire to seek justice and mercy and advocate for those in need, her passion to be a life-long learner, and the common thread (being a part of removing barriers that others are experiencing ) that is woven through the things that have brought her life. Michelle is  excited to continue to grow and learn about her community, to walk  alongside her neighbors and be a part of creating new opportunities for  those in Conestoga Valley.
